Cancellation Policy

Performance Booking Policy - Effective as of January 1, 2026 All booking requests submitted through this website are venue and event inquiries only and are subject to approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or confirmation. ⸻ Confirmation & Payment • All performances require written confirmation, a signed agreement, and a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. • Dates are not held without a deposit. • Final payment is due before or on the day of the performance, as outlined in the agreement. ⸻ Travel & Lodging • For performances outside the local market, travel and lodging may be required and will be discussed prior to confirmation. • All travel arrangements must be finalized in advance. ⸻ Performance Details • LaCruz Miller performs with a professional DJ-supported live set. • Performance length, technical requirements, and schedule will be confirmed with the venue prior to the event. • Venue agrees to provide standard professional sound, stage access, and staffing appropriate for the event. ⸻ Cancellations • Deposits are non-refundable. • Cancellations by the venue within 30 days of the performance may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the agreement. ⸻ Promotion • Venue is responsible for local promotion and marketing unless otherwise agreed. • Artist will provide promotional assets and promote the event across official platforms. ⸻ Right of Refusal LaCruz Miller reserves the right to decline any booking request that does not align with professional standards, scheduling logistics, or brand alignment. ⸻ Additional Notes • Additional dates may be available upon request. • Routing and multi-date bookings are encouraged.
