Let LaCruz Miller elevate your raw recordings into radio-ready tracks. Your vocals and beat are mixed with care, clarity, and industry-standard processing—fitting your style and story. Add-Ons: • Expedited Mix (48 hrs): +$150 • Radio Edit / Clean Version: +$100 • Instrumental & Acapella Mix: +$150 • Vocal FX & Sound Design Enhancements: +$100 Deliverables: WAV & MP3, 2 rounds of revisions STUDIO RECORDING SESSIONS • Location: Private studio location revealed upon confirmed booking. • Client Responsibilities: • Arrive on time (15-min grace period) • Bring all session materials (instrumentals, references) • Respect all equipment—damages will be billed • Session Includes: • Tracking • Basic vocal comping • WAV file delivery Recording/Mastering not included unless bundled • Rescheduling: One-time courtesy reschedule with 48 hours’ notice. No-call/no-shows forfeit deposit • Credits: Must give any credits due to LaCruz Miller on any services rendered. Travel & Accommodations: Must be covered by the booking party. Business-class airfare + 4-star hotel minimum for out-of-state bookings. LaCruz Miller’s personal recording studio is currently not available for any in person sessions but is willing to travel to professional location if agreed to by client.
Cancellation Policy
Effective as of July 2025 These terms apply to all bookings made through LaCruzMiller.com and are binding upon confirmation. By booking any service, you (“Client”) agree to the terms below. 1. GENERAL TERMS (Applicable to All Services) • Deposit Requirement: All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the service or date. No service is considered confirmed until the deposit is received. • Payment Methods: Payments must be made through Wix Payments, PayPal, or other approved platforms at checkout. Bank transfers may be arranged for custom orders exceeding $5,000. • Final Balance: Remaining balance is due before final delivery or at least 48 hours before event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund. • Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule once per booking with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Late reschedule or no-shows will result in deposit forfeiture. • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. A 50% refund of the deposit may be considered within 24 hours of initial booking at LaCruz Miller’s discretion. • Digital Contracts: All confirmed bookings auto-generate a contract detailing terms, deliverables, and service expectations. This contract is legally binding. • Delivery Method: Digital files (e.g., features, beats, mixes) are sent via secure link (Dropbox/Google Drive). Performance logistics and riders are delivered via email. • Turnaround Time: Standard delivery: 7–14 business days unless expedited service is selected. Delays caused by client inaction (e.g., missing files or payment) are not the responsibility of LaCruz Miller. 2. LEGAL NOTICE • Copyright & Ownership: All vocals, compositions, and creative work remain the property of LaCruz Miller unless explicitly transferred via signed agreement. • Non-Compete Clause: Clients may NOT resell, sublicense, or upload LaCruz Miller’s vocals, beats, or audio to third-party sites (e.g., stock libraries, AI training) without written consent. • Right to Refuse: LaCruz Miller reserves the right to reject any project that conflicts with brand values, ethics, or legal boundaries.
