Cancellation Policy
Booking Process: 1. Event organizer selects show type and provides event details. 2. Payment is processed via Wix Payments (deposit required). 3. An auto-generated contract is sent, detailing performance requirements (rider, sound, set duration). 4. Performance logistics are confirmed. Performance Requirements: • Deposit: 50% upfront, 50% before performance. • Travel & lodging covered by the organizer. • VIP meet-and-greet option available for $5,000 extra. Booking Process: 1. Client selects feature type and submits details (tempo, key, reference track, style preference). 2. Payment is processed via Wix Payments. 3. Upon confirmation, an auto-generated contract is sent with terms (turnaround time, rights, etc.). 4. Final vocals are delivered as dry and mixed stems via a secure link. Feature Rights & Terms: • Standard Licensing – LaCruz Miller retains 50% publishing & master rights. • Exclusive Buyout – Additional $10,000 (Client owns full rights). • Turnaround: 7-14 days (Rush delivery in 3-5 days for an extra $1,000).
